Μια τέτοια καινούρια άφιξη είναι το Latmos1860 στη Σκάλα της Πάτμου, ένας παραδοσιακός ξενώνας που δημιουργήθηκε πρόσφατα από μια οικογένεια νέων ανθρώπων με πολύ όρεξη, αγάπη, μεράκι, επιμονή στη λεπτομέρεια, αγάπη στην αυθεντική φιλοξενία και πολύ, πολύ προσωπική δουλειά με σκοπό να δημιουργηθεί ένα κατάλυμα που πληρεί τα δικά τους (υψηλά) στάνταρντ και πάνω απ΄ όλα να αφήνει άκρως ικανοποιημένους τους επισκέπτες του!
Αν και μόλις η πρώτη του σεζόν, το Latmos 1860 αποδείχτηκε αντάξιο των προσδοκιών και των απαιτήσεων των επισκεπτών του!
Το αποτέλεσμα δικαίωσε κάθε προσπάθεια.
Οι εργασίες στο υπέροχο αρχοντικό του 19ου αιώνα ολοκληρώθηκαν στις αρχές του καλοκαιριού και το μετέτρεψαν με απόλυτο σεβασμό στην ιστορία και την παράδοση τόσο του κτηρίου όσο και του τόπου, σε έναν πανέμορφο ξενώνα που θέλεις να επιστρέφεις ξανά και ξανά!
Η επιβλητική ξύλινη πόρτα του θα σας καλωσορίσει σε ένα μαγικό περιβάλλον, σε ένα σπίτι μακριά από το δικό σας σπίτι. Στο ισόγειο στεγάζονται τα δύο διαμερίσματα ( 5 και 2 ατόμων, 90 τ.μ. και 30 τ.μ.. αντίστοιχα) που έχουν άμεση πρόσβαση στον πανέμορφο κήπο! Στον πάνω όροφο υπάρχουν άλλα δύο αυτόνομα διαμερίσματα των 4 και 3 ατόμων αντίστοιχα, τα οποία μπορούν και να ενωθούν με αποτέλεσμα ένα μεγάλο διαμέρισμα 90 τ.μ που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 7 άτομα. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι επίσης είναι προσεγμένοι και εξαιρετικοί και εξασφαλίζουν ηρεμία και υπέροχη θέα!
Σημ. Το οίκημα, κατόπιν συνεννόησης και διαθεσιμότητας διατίθεται συνολικά προς ενοικίαση αν είστε πολύ μεγάλη παρέα ή οικογένεια, ενώ εξίσου ευπρόσδεκτο είναι και το κατοικίδιο σας!
