Εκτός όλως αυτών που ξέρεις, έχεις διαβάσει ή και έχεις δει για την Κροατία, εδώ συγκέντρωσα 10 tips, θεωρώ αρκετά ενδιαφέροντα, που καλό είναι να ξέρεις πριν επισκεφτείς τον δημοφιλή προορισμό!
Tips για το ταξίδι σου στην Κροατία
1.Εκτός των διάφορων πολλών σουβενίρ που μπορείτε να προμηθευτείτε, παντού μα παντού θα βρείτε λεβάντα σε αφθονία! Σαπούνια, σακουλάκια αρωματικά, λαδάκια ότι μπορεί να φτιαχτεί από το φυτό. Μην αμελήσετε να πάρετε.
2.Σε διάφορα μέρη, λαμβάνουν χώρα πολλά events και φεστιβάλ. Προσωπικά τις ημέρες που ήμουν, πραγματοποιήθηκε το Dubrovnik FestiWine (φεστιβάλ οινογευσίας) όπου εντός μπορούσες να δοκιμάσεις από τα δεκάδες ντόπια κρασιά Κροατών παραγωγών -εκθετών ενώ υπήρχε και ένας ειδικά διαμορφωμένος χώρος όπου ετοιμαζόταν, εκείνη τη στιγμή, κρύα πιάτα (με τυριά ή φρέσκο τόνο κ.α) για όσους ήθελαν να συνοδεύσουν το κρασί τους.
3.Οι φωτογραφίες σε όλους τους κλειστούς πολιτιστικούς – μουσειακούς χώρους δεν επιτρέπονται.
4.Στο Ντουμπρόβνικ η διαμονή, το φαγητό και η διασκέδαση είναι σχετικά ακριβά, παρόλα αυτά σε κάθε σημείο θα δείτε ανοιχτούς τιμοκαταλόγους για να γνωρίζετε πριν καθίσετε.
5.Μου έκανε εντύπωση το μαγαζί μέσα στο ιστορικό κέντρο του Ντουμπρόβνικ όπου είναι πάντα Χριστούγεννα! Δηλαδή είναι ανοιχτό κάθε μέρα όλο το χρόνο πουλώντας αποκλειστικά αντικείμενα που έχουν σχέση με τα Χριστούγεννα!
6.Παρά την αυξημένη τουριστική δυναμική της Κροατίας, μην περιμένετε να βρείτε high end υπηρεσίες και παροχές. Η χώρα και ιδιαίτερα τo Ντουμπρόβνικ εξελίσσονται σταδιακά.
7.Τα αεροδρόμια τόσο του Ζάγκρεμπ όσο και του Ντουμπρόβνικ είναι καινούρια, εντυπωσιακά αν και μικρά.
8.Δοκιμάστε σίγουρα συνταγές της τοπικής γαστρονομίας. Η κουζίνα του Ντουμπρόβνικ είναι κατά βάση μεσογειακή με έντονες ιταλικές επιρροές, του Ζάγκρεμπ με επιρροές από τη βιεννέζικη κουζίνα ενώ όσο ανεβαίνουμε προς το Βορρά η κροατική κουζίνα έχει έντονες επιρροές από την ουγγκρική γαστρονομία.
9. Όλες οι πλατείες, τα στενάκια, τα μνημνεία έχουν πάρει τα ονόματα τους από γνωστούς κατοίκους της πόλης, αρχιτέκτονες, ποιητές, ευεργέτες, ζωγράφους.
10. Μέσα στα τείχη του ιστορικού κέντρου του Dubrovnik θα συναντήσετε την μόνη Ορθόδοξη σέρβικη εκκλησία του Ευαγγελισμού της Θεοτόκου που χτίστηκε στα τέλη του 19ου αι. και είναι το πιο πρόσφατο κτήριο μέσα στο κέντρο. Η εκκλησία λειτουργεί κανονικά τις Κυριακές και αν βρεθείτε την περίοδο του Πάσχα μπορείτε να κάνετε και ανάσταση απλώς όχι την νύχτα του Μ. Σαββάτου αλλά ανήμερα της Κυριακής του Πάσχα.
